This web site has been funded by Lincolnshire Creative Solutions Initiative. It is a new facility for better communications amongst creative individuals in Lincolnshire. Its aims are:

To enhance communication and the exchange of ideas.

Bring closer together the creative community in Lincolnshire which is widely spread over a relatively large geographical area.

Respond to the need for a reference point without the costly expense of having a physical headquarters which in any case would have been an impractical distance away from many of the users.

Art on the Map has been going since 1999 holding Lincolnshire Open Studios on an annual basis.
